How To Order

When you want to order:

1) Fill in the 'order form' at website (www.dhasyaamaya.blogspot.com) , it is advisable to read our terms and conditions before you buy. Make sure you fill in the correct email address. The email address you should fill in is your email address.

2) You will get a auto notification from us , contains the guideline how to buy ( with account number).

3) Total up with shipping cost, bank in the money either using online/manual transaction( atm machine, counter)

4) How to save the receipt?

      ONLINE TRANSFER

SAVE your payment slip in simple IMAGE file format (JPG/PDF)/ or doc file . PLEASE TAKE NOT THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFERENCE NUMBER OR TRANSACTION NUMBER OR FILES IN OTHER FORMATS. You can also take picture by phone camera. No need to print and scan.

INFORM by EMAIL the payment slip to us for verification as soon as possible once payment is made or else we wont know you have made payment.

Please put YOUR email address at Description of transaction: when transferring ( email address which you put in the form)

    CASH DEPOSIT

SCAN or take a photo of payment slip.

EMAIL the payment slip to us for verification.

*Take note that, If no receipt payment/proof given, your order will not be delivered.

5)  After payment has been made, customer is advise to fill in the Payment form (How To Order Menu) at (http://www.dhasyaamaya.blogspot.com). This form has complete details of what we need.

OR you can email us as soon as possible after made the payment and the details or else we won't know. PLEASE DO INFORM US ONCE you have made payment. Failure to do so will delay the process or even worse, maybe the desired item is no longer available anymore.  If you deposit larger amount to atm/deposit machine ,please email us with your account number. We will transfer the balance. If you insist us to put the balance inside the parcel, we will not responsible for the any lost during shipment.

5)Do wait for us to reply. We will reply within 24-48 hours time,

Don't worry if after you have made payment we don't reply you straight away , we might not be in front of computer that time.

6) After confirming your payment, we will mail our item. Please take note that we do mailing only 3 times per week.Please allow 1-3 business days for the item to be shipped out. If backout happens , there will be no refund. Usually we don't do posting on Friday.

8) Wait for your item to be arrived. Tracking number will be given once posted.

If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.
